Rain Ready California is a program of the California Stormwater Quality Association (CASQA) to inform the public about the potential for collecting and protecting more rainwater, a valuable resource that is largely untapped. Rain Ready advocates for smart modernization of stormwater infrastructure, as well as policies and practices that keep rainwater clean and safe.

The California Stormwater Quality Association (CASQA) is a nonprofit corporation that advances sustainable stormwater management protective of California’s water resources. Our membership includes a diverse range of stormwater quality management organizations and individuals, including cities, counties, special districts, federal agencies, state agencies, ports, universities and school districts, wastewater agencies, water suppliers, industries, and consulting firms throughout the state.
